Amy brings 25 years of strategic leadership, brand building and business development experience to Compass Pro Bono. Amy has served as a leader, consultant and board member for several innovative non-profit organizations. Most recently, she spent six years with Easterseals DC MD VA as Senior Director of Marketing and Communications where she led the rebranding of the organization, and played a key role in updating the mission, vision and strategic plan. Amy launched her career in advertising with the Starcom MediaVest Group, where she worked with several blue chip organizations like Disney, Allstate, and Procter & Gamble, and won two Cannes Gold Lions and Media Plan of the year for her work with Nintendo of America. Amy received her BBA from the Ross School of Business and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
