Kyle del Villar

Operations Coordinator

Kyle del Villar is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park where he studied Marketing and Communications in the College of Arts and Humanities and he is joining the Compass team as the Operations Coordinator. While in university, Kyle worked alongside several nonprofits that allowed him to have a vision and an expressed interest in working with nonprofits and mission oriented organizations. Previously, Kyle has worked at Dell Technologies as a project consultant where he aided university school systems to acquire, develop, and maintain technology ecosystems that benefited students and staff alike.
