Crushers Club (https://www.crushersclub.org) aims to be the strongest alternative to gangs by providing high-risk boys and young men the support and skills needed to restore their lives and improve their neighborhood using boxing, music and peer mentoring techniques, along with paid jobs throughout the community.

Crushers Club received a FUNDING STRATEGY project to develop a comprehensive business plan for a new workforce development program that teaches Englewood young adults about real estate renovations/rehabs, skilled trades and entrepreneurship.
