Ellie is a junior at Cornell University majoring in Public Policy. She joined Compass as a fall 2024 data analysis intern because of her love of knowledge acquisition, research, and working with data both quantitatively and qualitatively. She is passionate about education reform, health equity, family/child welfare, and ending mass incarceration and hopes to leverage her skills learned at Compass to one day work in these fields. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, taking walks in nature, and laughing with family and friends!
