Compass minds for EveryMind

EveryMind sought Compassโ€™ support to expand their visibility and outreach into Greater Washington, DC. EveryMind requested a Compass strategic marketing project that would include recommendations for reaching new audiences and increasing public awareness of their services.

The Compass team of eight business professionals brought extensive expertise in strategic marketing and market research, communications and positioning, and management consulting. To understand the external landscape, they researched public sentiment around mental health, interviewed EveryMind Board members and employees, and benchmarked EveryMind against comparable organizations.

The team focused on a strategy to raise public awareness and create demand for EveryMindโ€™s education programs and ensure it is equipped to carry out proposed growth plans. The project culminated with the following deliverables:
