Internships & fellowships

Compass Pro Bono runs a seasonal internship program in collaboration with universities around the United States. We recognize the incredible value interns can bring to an organization and treat our interns as full members of our team, empowering them to own their work and maximize their opportunities for learning and professional development during their internship terms.

If you’re a current student (undergraduate or graduate) interested in internship opportunities, please email your university’s career services office expressing your interest in working with Compass Pro Bono and letting them know that we would like to get in touch. Copy jobs@compassprobono.org on the email, and we will follow up with their office to explore partnership opportunities.
