Internships & fellowships

Compass Pro Bono runs a seasonal internship program in collaboration with universities around the United States. We recognize the incredible value interns can bring to an organization and treat our interns as full members of our team, empowering them to own their work and maximize their opportunities for learning and professional development during their internship terms.

Interns at Compass Pro Bono play an active role in supporting the core functions that power our work, including data, strategy, and communications. Whether managing and analyzing data to strengthen decision-making, contributing to strategic program initiatives that improve how we serve nonprofits and volunteers, or creating compelling communications that expand our reach, interns gain hands-on experience across a high-performing nonprofit.
