Program Details
Local nonprofits are navigating unprecedented challenges. Help mission-driven leaders lead and operate through uncertainty while sustaining their own resilience. “Coaching Through Uncertainty” pairs experienced executive coaches with nonprofit CEOs and EDs for four confidential virtual 1-on-1 coaching sessions over 6-12 weeks.
How to apply if you already have a Compass Pro Bono portal account
1. Visit our portal: community.compassprobono.org
2. Enter your login information
3. Navigate to the “Volunteer Opportunities” tab
4. Click the OD Coaching Volunteer application to apply!
How to apply if you don’t have a Compass Pro Bono portal account
1. Visit our portal: community.compassprobono.org
2. Click “Register” and enter your email
3. If your email is in our system, your account will automatically activate; if your email is NOT in our system, you will be asked to select your organization and fill out some basic information
4. You’ll receive an email asking you to finalize your account creation; click the link and set up your account
5. Once in the portal, complete your volunteer profile
6. Navigate to the “Volunteer Opportunities” tab
7. Click the OD Coaching Volunteer application to apply!
