Attic Youth Center creates opportunities for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning (LGBTQ) youth to support their development into healthy, independent, civic-minded adults within a safe and supportive community while promoting the acceptance of LGBTQ youth in society.

AYC received a BOARD DEVELOPMENT project to review its existing governance protocols and identify strategies to increase and sustain engagement of board members.
