Chicago House (www.chicagohouse.org) empowers persons living with or vulnerable to HIV/AIDS to lead healthy and dignified lives through housing and compassionate, client-centered support services.  

Chicago House received a STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT project to gather key stakeholder input relative to their mission, vision and values that will inform the development of their next strategic plan.
