Collective Climb empowers BIPOC teenagers and young adults in Philadelphia through restorative justice with programs that equip young people as organizers, restorative practitioners, and community leaders prepared to redress past harms and move their community closer to realizing Black joy, security, and freedom.

Collective Climb is receiving a FUNDING STRATEGY project to diversify its revenue sources and build capacity for long-term sustainability. The organization aims to explore fee-for-service models, such as school-based training.
