Heart Haven OutReach (H2O) works to transform the lives of struggling teens through caring relationships and programs that support healthy development on an emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual level.

H2O is receiving a TECHNOLOGY & DATA STRATEGY project to define key metrics and assess and improve current data collection processes.
