Horizons for Youth (https://horizons-for-youth.org) helps children in low-income communities recognize and achieve their full academic potential by providing services such as need-based tuition scholarships, one-on-one mentoring, and enrichment opportunities.  

Horizons for Youth received a STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT project to develop a roadmap for the evolution of their programming to ensure sustainability and purposeful growth.
