Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing (https://lcbh.org) provides free legal and supportive services to improve housing stability for lower income renters, including eviction avoidance, while advocating for the rights of all renters until everyone in Chicago has a safe, decent and affordable place to call home.

Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing received a BOARD DEVELOPMENT project to provide recommendations to increase their effectiveness through strategic board recruitment, governance and greater board engagement.
