The aligned missions of the Multicultural Career Intern Program (MCIP) (www.checdc.org) and its DCPS partner, Columbia Heights Educational Campus, are to create an academically rigorous professional learning community that respects and responds to the diverse needs of underserved at-risk youth.

MCIP received a BOARD DEVELOPMENT project to conduct a board gap and performance assessment.
