Philadelphia City Rowing creates a unique, comprehensive and free after-school enrichment experience for young people in Philadelphia’s School District with a combination of competitive rowing, academic mentorship, and wellness education to help young people, especially those in underserved communities, unlock their true potential by exploring the possibilities of their future.

PCR received a BOARD DEVELOPMENT to gain a foundation in governance, recruitment, committee roles and a set of metrics to shape future goals.
