compass pro bono
@ Philadelphia
In 2013, Compass Pro Bonoโs expansion to Greater Philadelphia served as the first opportunity to scale as a national organization. Since then, thousands of Philadelphia professionals have found meaningful work, made enduring community connections, and even honed or developed new 21st century work skills while engaging in our collaborative consulting projects.
We’re proud to provide nonprofits with equitable access to high-quality business strategy consulting and give local business professionals next-minded, socially responsible leadership opportunities that will impact the Greater Philadelphia region for a lifetime.

real stories, real impact
-
“The final product was exactly what was requested and what we needed. In addition to providing the information that we asked for, which was to synthesize stakeholder input on our program services, it also created a more engaged dialogue from my board members than we have had at a meeting in a long time. My group is now energized and ready to move on to our next action steps.โ
-
โEngaging with Compass allowed us to see our organization from an outsider’s perspective. As a small-but-growing nonprofit, we are grateful that the team was able to analyze our current state and make recommendations for future growth.โ
-
“Our volunteer Compass team was highly competent, communicative and passionate about the work they were doing for us. The project managers were professional, communicative, helpful and easy to work with. They came to visit the site and had multiple meetings with myself (executive director) and our board. The result of the project will help us make an informed decision on making an even greater impact in our community.โ
