Since joining Compass Pro Bono in September 2023, Jasmine Todd has played a vital role in strengthening the systems, processes, and infrastructure that support the organization’s mission. As Operations Coordinator, she manages a broad portfolio spanning technology administration, human resources, office operations, vendor management, and staff engagement. Jasmine ensures that teams across Compass have the tools and support they need to operate effectively.
Jasmine is known for her ability to streamline complex processes and create systems that empower others. She has modernized Compass’s onboarding experience, reorganized the organization’s digital workspace to foster greater collaboration, and implemented cybersecurity training and technology standards that enhance both security and efficiency. Her work has also included developing the Compass Intranet, creating the Compass merchandise site, documenting standard operating procedures, and leading software migrations that improve productivity across the organization.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, Jasmine manages Compass’s internship program, building strong relationships with university and community partners while creating meaningful professional development opportunities for emerging talent.
Jasmine was drawn to Compass after earning associate degrees in Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice. Seeking to combine her experience in human resources with her passion for business systems management, she was inspired by Compass’s mission and the chance to contribute to her community in a meaningful way. Today, she applies her expertise to build efficient, people-centered systems that help the organization maximize its impact.
Before joining Compass, Jasmine built a diverse professional background spanning human resources, operations, program management, and business administration. Her experience includes roles with the AIPLA Foundation, the National Association of Realtors, Howard University Hospital, and Hire Counsel, where she developed expertise in workforce operations, training, recruitment, and organizational systems.
Outside of keeping things running smoothly at Compass, Jasmine is driven by a deep commitment to giving back, particularly through initiatives that uplift minorities and empower youth. A true DMV native by way of Northern Virginia, she brings that same local energy into her life outside of work. She is a dedicated foodie, an avid reader of biographies, and a documentary enthusiast with a keen interest in pop culture. Whether she’s out enjoying nature, hitting up her favorite shopping spots, exploring every state on the East Coast, or tracking down the best new music, she’s always finding something new to love. Above all, she is a dedicated mom who enjoys fun-filled adventures with her son.
