Jasmine Todd is the Operations Coordinator at Compass Pro Bono, having joined the team in September 2023. In her role, Jasmine coordinates day-to-day logistics for the organization. In an administrative capacity, Jasmine manages vendor relationships, including assisting the finance team with vendor invoices and annual audits. She also plays a critical role in enhancing the organization’s tech infrastructure and cybersecurity. Additionally, Jasmine also acts as an HR liaison and manages the Compass Pro Bono internship program.
Jasmine was drawn to Compass after completing her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. She sought an opportunity to combine her experience in HR with her background in business systems management to contribute to her community in a strategic way.
When she’s not working, Jasmine is passionate about giving back to her community, particularly focusing on supporting minority and youth initiatives. She loves exploring new places, whether it’s a weekend getaway or discovering something new in her own town. Outside of travel, Jasmine enjoys quality time with her son, diving into thought-provoking books, and finding inspiration in everyday moments.
