Joanna Williams joined Compass Pro Bono in 2025 as the organization’s Communications Manager, bringing a deep passion for storytelling and social impact to her work. In her role, Joanna leads the organization’s year-round, organization-wide marketing strategy and manages the communications team, ensuring that Compass’s message resonates with the nonprofits, volunteers, and funders.
