Joy is a rising senior at Northwestern University majoring in Learning and Organizational Change with minors in Business Institutions and Legal Studies. Originally from Korea, she brings a strong background in strategic communication and research, with prior experience supporting legal teams at SDG Law Office and working at APS & Associates, where she contributed to internal strategy and media analytics for high-profile clients. As a Marketing and Communications Intern at Compass Pro Bono, Joy is excited to support mission-driven nonprofit work by helping communicate Compass’s impact and expanding its reach. She’s passionate about making information accessible and compelling, whether through digital content, storytelling, or strategic messaging. Joy plans to pursue law school or an MBA and ultimately hopes to build a career that blends legal advocacy with business strategy. She is eager to sharpen her technical skills while contributing to a team dedicated to creating social value.
