Kiera is a rising junior at Washington University in St. Louis double majoring in Healthcare Management and Organization & Strategic Management. As a student-athlete on the varsity swim team, she enjoys bringing a collaborative approach to solving complex problems, where teamwork and resilience are key to success. With prior experience in nonprofit consulting and public policy, Kiera is passionate about building strong professional relationships to drive a meaningful impact on local communities. She joins Compass Pro Bono as a Summer 2025 Strategic Initiatives Intern and is eager to bring her skills to contribute to the team.
