As a senior studying public policy at Cornell, Uchan is passionate about strengthening the nonprofit sector through innovative uses of technology and strategy. He first joined Compass Pro Bono as a Strategic Initiatives Intern, where he supported the integration of AI and large language models into internal workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. Now, as an AI & Automation Fellow, he continues to advance Compass’ mission by scoping for implementation opportunities, streamlining staff operations, and supporting the organization’s national growth.
