Remy Reya
Deputy Chief of Staff
Remy joined Compass as a Project 55 Fellow, a rotational position supported by Princeton AlumniCorps, and now serves as Deputy Chief of Staff. Originally from San Diego, Remy has spent six years studying homelessness through sociological research and journalistic projects. He views music as a medium for transformative connection; in college, he sang a cappella, played Japanese taiko drums, joined a homeless chorus, and explored music from across the African continent while studying abroad in Cape Town, South Africa. In May 2021, Remy received his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, where he studied Public and International Affairs and received certificates in Philosophy and Journalism.
