Prior to joining Compass, Ruby worked in development and administration at several performing arts nonprofits. She also has experience in stage management at major theaters in New York and Washington, DC.
Ruby graduated from Oberlin College with her bachelor’s in Theater, with a focus on arts administration and stage management.
