Ruby Berlin

Associate Development Manager

Ruby joined Compass as the Assistant Development Manager. Prior to joining Compass, Ruby worked in development and administration at several performing arts nonprofits. She also has experience in stage management at major theaters in New York and Washington, DC.  Ruby graduated from Oberlin College with her bachelor’s in Theater, with a focus in arts administration and stage management.
