Pro Bono Consulting & Thought Partnership
OVERVIEW
On Demand (8-12 weeks, 1:1)
AI Assessment
One skilled business leader evaluates your organization’s current processes and systems to identify AI readiness and uncover opportunities where AI can streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support strategic goals.
On Track 4 (4 months, team-based)
AI Readiness and Opportunity Assessment
A team of 5-6 volunteers evaluates your organization’s readiness to adopt AI by assessing existing systems, processes, and data infrastructure. They will identify practical opportunities to use AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and support strategic goals such as improved reporting, program delivery, or stakeholder engagement—and provide guidance for staff to begin integrating them into daily workflows.
On Track 8 (8 months, team-based)
Technology, Data, and AI Strategy Project
A team of 8-10 volunteers tackles your organization’s technology-focused objectives, include developing a cohesive and efficient technology strategy, improving data collection and analysis to support decision-making, or designing services that leverage digital tools. These projects provide recommendations for staffing, processes, and technology aligned with organizational goals. Projects may also incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) as part of a broader technology and data strategy. This could involve assessing organizational readiness and capacity, identifying high-impact areas where AI can complement existing systems, and developing an implementation roadmap. AI may be explored alongside other tools to streamline operations, enhance data analysis, improve service delivery, and strengthen engagement—with guidance to help staff begin integrating these tools into their daily work.
Low Bono Trainings & Integration Support
OVERVIEW
Customized Survey/AI Workshop
After a complimentary survey/workshop, a Compass Pro Bono staff member spends 4-6 weeks working with up to 15 individual contributors on your team—typically executives and/or department leads—to identify high-value individual- and team-level uses of AI. This period will conclude with a close-out workshop focused on charting a path forward on AI integration that draws on individual contributors’ ideas and executive priorities. Your organization will emerge with customized “take-home” resources intended to make strategy implementation as smooth as possible. Project fees are scope-dependent.

“Remy has such a natural way of breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable ideas, all while staying positive, energized, and deeply connected to his audience. His use of analogies like the dimmer switch (AI doesn’t have to only be “on” or “off”) made everything click in a way that really stuck.”
