The Central American Resource Center (CARECEN) supports the comprehensive development of the Latino community through direct services and programs that advance immigration legal support, housing stability, naturalization, and civic participation.

CARECEN is receiving a BOARD DEVELOPMENT project to design and recommend a term-limit process for its Board of Directors, recruitment and offboarding protocols, and best practices for leadership transitions to strengthen governance and support long-term organizational resilience.
