Cloverleaf Equine Center helps individuals realize their highest potential by providing inclusive equine-assisted services, including therapeutic riding, physical therapy, psychotherapy, and community programs for people with disabilities, marginalized youth, military personnel, and others in need.

Cloverleaf is receiving an ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE & HR project to assess gaps in its HR processes, update its employee handbook, and identify any necessary staff trainings as the organization grows.
