Fihankra Akoma Ntoaso (FAN-DC) creates safe places and connected relationships so youth can thrive, offering trauma-informed afterschool and summer programming for young people affected by the child welfare system as well as caregiver and alumni support and a daily community pantry.
FAN-DC is receiving a STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT project to identify and prioritize its strategic goals, assess the capacity and resources needed to pursue them, and provide recommendations to guide its three-to-five-year direction toward becoming a Ward 8 healing hub.
