Anne-Michele Harrington is a mission-driven leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting organizations across the private and nonprofit sectors through strategic planning, capacity building, and cross-sector partnership. She has held leadership roles at innovative, mission-driven organizations, where she developed and translated strategy into action and measurable impact. She began her career in brand management at global consumer companies including Unilever, Clorox, and ConAgra Foods.
Anne-Michele is deeply committed to applying business expertise in service of mission-focused organizations. She has served on nonprofit boards, mentored early-stage organizations, and volunteered with education and community health focused non-profits. Anne-Michele’s connection to Compass Pro Bono began when she served as a volunteer, supporting a Chicago-area nonprofit project.
She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in engineering from the University at Buffalo, and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Georgetown University.
