Ashley Mazur, Program Coordinator, has been with Compass Pro Bono since July 2024. As part of the national operations team, Ashley supports program execution across all cities and programs, assisting staff with administration and coordination to strengthen Compass’s “One Compass” model.
A recent graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Public Policy, Ashley brings enthusiasm and dedication to her first post-graduate role. During her time in school, Ashley interned and later worked for a large, mental wellness organization in the DMV, where her primary focus was social media growth.
