Bella joins Compass Pro Bono with a strong background in the nonprofit sector, where she has held roles across administration, operations, marketing, and programming. Passionate about the arts, education, and community engagement, she enjoys creating meaningful opportunities that connect people and strengthen communities.
Most recently, Bella worked at Theatre Communications Group, the national organization for theatre, where she supported programs and initiatives that served theatre professionals across the country. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2022.
At Compass, Bella is excited to contribute to an organization that values people, collaboration, and community. She enjoys finding creative solutions, helping programs run smoothly, and supporting mission-driven work.
Outside of work, Bella enjoys exploring museums, performing onstage, and spending time with her dog, Boo, and her cat, Esther.
