Beverly Ross is an award-winning leader whose career focus is facilitation, team leadership, relationship building, and bringing value to customers. Prior to joining Compass, Beverly was a New Initiatives and Project Management Director at Freddie Mac. She has over 20-years of experience developing strategies, implementation, and monitoring changes in financial programs and business events in the secondary mortgage market.
Beverly has served several non-profit organizations in a variety of volunteer roles, including financial literacy coach, instructor, and mentor. Beverly has volunteered on Compass Pro Bono Classic projects, and as a member of the On Board Committee and on Low Bono Strategic Planning projects. She serves on the Executive Board of Washington D.C. Van Ness Main Street, and was its 2023 Fundraising co-chair. She is also a Board member of the Lafayette Tennis Association and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Beverly holds a MA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Economics from Howard University.
