Dominique Deleage

Dominique Deleage, Director of Development Operations, joined Compass Pro Bono in January 2025. She partners across all Compass cities to drive a cohesive development strategy, strengthen moves management, and provide development resources and systems shared across the organization.

Dominique’s early contributions to Compass include launching monthly communications with foundation and corporate partners, developing a custom GPT to support grant applications, and creating a prospective corporate partner toolkit for board members.

She discovered Compass through a friend whose nonprofit benefited from an On Demand project, an experience that sparked her interest in bringing Compass’s community-powered model to more partners.

Dominique brings 25+ years of strategy, leadership, and development experience across the private and nonprofit sectors. After two decades in sales, marketing, and strategy roles in the private sector, she transitioned to KEEN Greater DC, which provides sports and recreation programs for children and young adults with disabilities. Known for creative problem solving, she focuses on harnessing the power of community to build strong, mutually enriching connections.

Originally from France and living in the United States since 2000, Dominique is especially passionate about the disability Prader–Willi Syndrome and the Autistic communities. For the past 12 years, she has hosted an annual walk to bring together the PWS community and raise funds for the Foundation for Prader–Willi Research, and she serves on the board of CISV DC, an international peace education nonprofit.

Dominque holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Strategy from École de Management (Bordeaux, France) and Fachhochschule Münster (Germany), and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
