Godwin is a Systems Engineering major at George Mason University, having joined the data intern team in January 2026. In his role, Godwin will contribute to the organization’s data by organizing and analyzing nonprofit information. In a technical capacity, Godwin will manage internal records, including assisting the programs team with Salesforce data and Google Sheets processes.

Godwin was drawn to Compass after pursuing his degree in Systems Engineering and certification in data science. He sought another opportunity to combine his experience in data-driven projects with his background in systems engineering to contribute to his community in a strategic way.

When he’s not working, Godwin is passionate about trying new activities, whether it’s volunteering or sports activities, and he is passionate about learning new skills. Godwin also loves communicating and meeting people by spreading positivity through inspiration. He loves exploring new places, whether it’s traveling abroad to new countries (Fun fact: He has been to 7 countries) or discovering something new in his own town. Outside of travel, Godwin enjoys quality time watching football, reading mystery books, and finding inspiration in everyday moments.
