Naira leads Special Projects for On Demand, On Course and Low Bono, bringing over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and operations. Previously, she was a consultant at ZS Associates, where she partnered with healthcare-focused companies to develop data-driven commercial strategies. At HERE Technologies, she established and led a Data Analytics and Strategy group that drove cross-functional change at an enterprise scale.
Naira discovered her passion for the non-profit sector while volunteering with Compass Pro Bono. Over seven years, she led diverse projects spanning strategic planning, organizational design, and partnership development. Today, she remains dedicated to empowering non-profit leaders to drive organizational changes that maximize their community impact.
Naira holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring her adopted hometown of Chicago, with a particular fondness for off-the-beaten-path restaurants and local theater.
