Remy Reya

Remy drives progress on organizational growth through brand-building and AI programming for nonprofits. He previously served as Compass Pro Bono’s Deputy Chief of Staff after nearly a decade studying poverty. He has presented his research on emergency shelters at Finland’s Developing Homelessness Work Conference, written about relational poverty for local newspapers, and shared stories to humanize homelessness on the TEDx stage.

Remy has been lucky to receive support for his social impact work through several programs and awards, including Princeton University’s Emerging Leaders Fellowship (2024-25), Project 55 Fellowship (2021-22), John McPhee Award (2019), and John C. Bogle Fellowship (2018). He received his BA from the Princeton University School of Public and International Affairs. Outside of work, he’s an avid audiobook listener and occasional drummer for an indie rock band.
