Before joining Compass, Robert worked as a data analyst in the Office of the Registrar for American University’s Washington College of Law. His work there cut across all aspects of law school’s operations but had a special focus on improving student success in law school and beyond. His contributions helped with the creation of the Office of Academic Excellence which houses the law school’s academic advisors and supported the Washington College of Law’s mission to provide opportunities for legal education to people other law schools would not consider.
Robert earned his MPP from American University and his BS in Economics and International Business from the University of Tennessee.
