Sofiia is an undergraduate student at Princeton University studying Operations Research and Financial Engineering (ORFE). She is interested in data analytics, quantitative problem-solving, and using evidence-based approaches to address complex social and organizational challenges.

Before Princeton, Sofiia worked on anti-corruption initiatives in Ukraine and helped lead projects focused on civic engagement and advocacy. Outside of academics, she enjoys weightlifting.

Sofiia joins Compass Pro Bono through Princeton Internships in Civic Service (PICS) as a Data Analyst Intern. Through her work at Compass, she looks forward to learning how analytical tools can support strategic decision-making in the nonprofit sector while contributing to projects that help communities.
