@ Chicago

Compass Pro Bono launched in Chicago, our third city, in 2016 thanks to the efforts of a long standing DC Board Member with strong Chicago roots. Each year we have expanded our programming and our footprint – connecting nonprofit leaders and business professionals who together empower thriving, equitable communities. Join us as we continue to grow our impact in Chicago.

Chicago project focus areas

  • “I love building relationships with Chicago-area nonprofit leaders and board members and having a sense of meaningful impact.”

  • “Revolution Institute benefited greatly from our engagement with Compass. The team they assembled were high performing—individually and collectively. They more than met their deliverables, and added so much value. We’re looking forward to working with Compass again in the future.”

  • “Through Compass, our organization received thoughtful, practical recommendations to improve our corporate engagement, volunteer programs, and fundraising events. This support will empower our organization to generate more revenue and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline for our Board and Associate Board.”
